A wireman’s license is a registration as a registered person with the Department of Labor. A registered person’s (wireman’s) license might be one of three sorts. You can apply for a Blue Card as a Single Phase Tester, a Yellow Card as an Installation Electrician, or a Master Installation Electrician as a Master Installation Electrician (Red Card).
